These are traditional tie on waist beads so when choosing your size please allow yourself some inches to make sure a great fit. You can use a tape measure to measure the size of your waist. Wrap the tape measure around the area you would like the waist beads to sit.

Size guide:

Standard size 50 inches (Approx. pant size 0-18)

Extended size 60 inches (Approx. pant size 18-24)

Extended size 70 inches  (Approx. pant size 26 +)
